Prior to joining Gesmer Updegrove, Steve was the Vice President of Business Development at AmeriVault Corp., a leader in online data backup services, Chief Operating Officer of Sowles Trauring, a large regional health care services organization, President of Centerstone Software, a facility management software company and Chief Operating Officer of Software Partners, a storage management software company. He began his career as a practicing corporate and securities attorney and was a founding partner of O'Connor Broude Snyder & Aronson.
