Background & Experience

Experience

What has Justin “built” in the past?

  • He has negotiated and formed numerous licensing, consulting, sales, development and distribution contracts, many on behalf of one of the world’s preeminent universities.
  • He has helped to “put together” and close mergers, acquisitions and financings, and he enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working on many aspects of each transaction.
  • Clients rely on him for a wide variety of advice on the day-to-day corporate matters that every company must address if they wish to build a world-class enterprise.
  • Nothing makes Justin happier than building strong relationships with his clients, whether that involves discussing the search for the perfect college for a client’s child or learning about what pressing issues keep the client up at night.

Prior to coming to the firm, Justin was associated with Sullivan & Worcester in Boston, where he first learned that he really enjoyed helping entrepreneurs to grow and develop their businesses.  Justin and his wife also founded, and successfully sold Kingdom Cuts, a unique family hair salon in his hometown of Franklin, Massachusetts that specializes in children.  This endeavor gave Justin valuable first-hand entrepreneurial experience.

Justin often can either be found outside in his backyard building a huge tree-house with his three kids or in the garage making slow progress on one of his many DIY home projects.  He also enjoys skiing and kayaking with his family, and once upon a time he played a few rounds of golf.
