We are looking for an individual that can accomplish all the tasks expected as a Human Resources Manager for a 30-attorney firm position plus become a key member of the management to help the firm to create and drive existing and new initiatives.
This candidate will be working directly with the CFO/Firm Administrator. We would like the individual to currently be working in a Human Resources Department, up to date on all aspects of what this position would be expected to know.
The individual would preferably have law firm experience and be at a supervisor or manager level as well as be a member of SHRM. Any certifications would also be a plus.
