Andrew Updegrove was a Keynote speaker in Beijing, China at the Open Standards International Conference,

a conference sponsored by the Changfeng Open Standards Platform Alliance, the China National Institute of Standardization and the China Electronic Standardization Institute. He organized, spoke at and moderated a track on the second day of the conference focusing on open standards and open source.
