Kevin Peters and Jennifer Henricks won a $250,000 jury verdict for a young woman in a personal injury action. Their client was struck from behind by a vehicle while she was running along the side of a residential street. She suffered a broken clavicle and a concussion, which was shown to have caused her long-term cognitive deficits, among other injuries.

After a six day trial, a Norfolk County Court jury determined the driver of car was negligent and awarded the plaintiff $250,000.
