Your business is Jeremy’s business. Jeremy Cohen is a lawyer who sees himself as a partner to his clients, not just an advisor. That’s because he wasn’t always a corporate attorney.
In his previous career in television production, he remembers times when lawyers seemed to get in the way more than help out. So Jeremy has made it a point to know when to stick his nose in your business and when to leave well-enough alone. His focus is on business creation and development, transactions and financings, and assisting with any other advice you need to help your business grow.
