Background & Experience

Experience

Prior to joining Gesmer, John was in-house as General Counsel for a life sciences company where he was an active member of the executive management team.  His experience as General Counsel provides him a unique perspective that enables him to seamlessly tether business and legal needs of clients to maximize value as a trusted advisor.

John is also an adjunct instructor at Boston University School of Law, teaching upper-level transactional contract drafting. He also has previous experience in the high technology industry as a development engineer and technical sales and marketing.
