She has extensive expertise in U.S. and international trademark application prosecution, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters, and clearance searches and analysis. Tracy is highly skilled at navigating the complexities of trademark law, helping protect and leverage intellectual property both domestically and abroad. Her comprehensive approach to trademark law and wealth of experience enable her to provide exceptional support across a wide range of industries.
Before joining Gesmer Updegrove LLP, Tracy spent nearly two decades as a litigation paralegal, working on multi-million dollar, complex litigation cases ranging from state and federal courts to the U.S. Supreme Court. She has a wide range of experience and is dedicated to being an asset to our clients.
