For a recently barred attorney, Casey Phillips already has a wealth of experience under her belt. During law School, Casey served as a judicial intern on the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also helped guide an education technology company through data privacy and intellectual property compliance questions, drafted and negotiated agreements with vendors and customers nationwide, and worked in a boutique labor and employment firm in Boston where she drafted numerous handbooks, motions and answered novel legal questions for clients across New England.
Beyond her co-op experience, Casey was a student attorney in Northeastern Law’s Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she counseled clients through the trademark application process and created informational videos and online resources for a number of Northeastern’s educational and entrepreneurial institutions.
