Chris is the ultimate people person. As Chief Financial Officer and Firm Administrator, he directs the organization’s non-legal functions, including finance and accounting, human resources, purchasing, facilities, records management, information systems, and general office procedures. He always strives to improve the firm by 5%. 

Chris works closely with the Executive Committee and the partners to develop policies and procedures for the firm’s short and long-term strategic planning. He has over 30 years of experience in upper-level management of organizations, including over 25 years of senior law firm management experience.

Experience

Chris is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Boston Chapter (2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2017-2018, and 2024-2025). He also earned his Certified Legal Manager (CLM) designation in 2006, in which he utilizes his skills to manage the firm’s staff and attorneys.

Chris is a die-hard KISS fan, attending KISS Kruises, concerts, and events. He resides in Derry, New Hampshire, where he enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his family watching his beloved New England sports teams. No matter if he’s in or outside the office, he always wants to have FUN!
