Kristine McArthur has over 25 years as a human resource professional working in both financial and legal business environments. As a prior school teacher and adjunct professor, Kristine enjoys working closely with colleagues to educate them with regard to benefits, procedures, work performance and employee relations counseling.
Prior to joining Gesmer Upegrove, Kristine worked as a Personnel Resource Specialist for Morrison Mahoney LLP. She also taught HR Management courses for the Masters in Business degree program at Johnson and Wales University.
Outside of work, Kristine is an avid boater spending most weekends on the Taunton River and marinas along Narragansett Bay. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
