Experience
Tracy’s journey with Gesmer began over 20 years ago, working alongside Gesmer’s CFO. After taking a break to raise her family, Tracy returned to Gesmer, feeling right at home with her “firm-family.” Her role as Billing Coordinator involves overseeing the billing process for multiple attorneys, ensuring precision and efficiency. Tracy’s strong-willed dedication and passion for her work make her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family. Her oldest, Carmela attends UNH, and her youngest, Carina, is a recent highschool graduate. Tracy and her husband, Rick, run a successful fishing charter business, Trinacria Fishing, where Rick is a Master Fishing Captain. Additionally, Tracy handles accounting for Rick’s eyewear company, Medford Eyeglass Shop, and their fishing business, showcasing her remarkable ability to balance multiple responsibilities with ease.
