June 2008- An article written by J. David Moran and Justin Nesbit appears in the June 2008 edition of the WPI Venture Forum's Vantage newsletter. The article is entitled "The Midnight Ride of...the Tax Advisor" and is a brief summary of the Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.

May 30, 2008- The April - May 2008 issue of Standards Today was distributed, titled The Open Collaboration Revolution by Andrew Updegrove. The issue focuses on the dramatic degree to which the Internet and Web have led to greater collaboration in many areas, as well as to a liberalization of traditional rights of ownership in on-line content.
